A. RATES

The local display advertising rates listed on this card apply only to an individual advertiser who sells direct to the consumer a commodity or service through one or more retail outlets which he owns or controls and whose signature alone appears in the advertisement. All national and agency advertisers mst add their commission to the local rate. All rates are subject to change.

B. PROOFS

Proofs will be made available upon request provided copy is submitted no later than three business days prior to normal copy deadline. A proof to an advertiser removes the ADvertiser from all responsibility for errors.

C. COPY

The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising copy he considers objectionable, or to insert above any advertisement the word "Advertisement".

D. LIABILITY

The advertiser customer assumes total liability for the contents of his advertisement. The ADvertiser Inc. is not liable for any error to a greater extent than the cost of the space occupied by the error. That liability is limited to the first insertion of multiple insertion schedules. The ADvertiser Inc. is not liable for the ommission of an advertisement or portion of an advertisement.

E. POSITION/RESTRICTIONS

Orders specifying page restrictions as to advertisementor news matter on same page or position location will be regarded only as a request unless advertiser pays an additional 20% premium.

B. PREPRINT RATES (up to 2 oz.)

All preprints (contract rates available) must be quarter folded and delivered prepaid to the ADvertiser, 608 E. Pershing, Riverton, Wyoming 82501 Friday before distribution.

ROP color is offered only as available. No minimum size is required.

1/4 Page Black plus 1 color..............$35.00

CONTRACT AND COPY REGULATIONS

The ADvertiser Inc. will not be responsible for the quality of reproductions made from color photographs, clippings from other publications or other material not produced for newspaper reproduction.
